My name is David Gerszewski, and I founded Citadel Law Firm right here in Chandler to do one thing well: help East Valley families protect what matters most to them.
My path to estate planning isn’t a typical one. I grew up in North Dakota, studied at Arizona State University, spent nearly two decades in institutional finance on Wall Street and in London, and even built a restaurant franchise in Brazil before returning to Arizona in 2014.
That breadth of experience — across finance, business, and law — is something I bring to every client I work with. Most estate planning attorneys have only ever practiced law. I’ve run businesses, managed investments, and navigated complex financial structures across multiple countries. When I sit down with a family to build their estate plan, I’m drawing on all of that.
