Michael Albee is my name and I am a Family Law Attorney and Mediator. I can also help you with child support needs and domestic violence situations. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and am a 3rd generation Phoenician. My first career was working as writer for numerous blogs and websites. Then, after having my daughter at a very early age, I decided, after trudging through every emotion of a custody battle, to pursue a career in law so that I could help people navigate the murky waters of custody and divorce.

I draw on my personal experience and legal knowledge to help people consciously move through the process of divorce and custody battles. During divorce and custody disputes, our focus is always on the children and what is going be in their best interest. While their names aren’t listed on the pleadings or on the Court docket, we recognize that they are the most important part of any divorce or custody dispute.
