Elizabeth Cole

Elizabeth Cole is an Of Counsel litigation attorney for the Citadel Law Firm. She devotes her practice to probate, trust administration, contested trusts and estates, guardianships, and other matters that fall within the jurisdiction of the Arizona probate courts. Elizabeth worked for several years as litigation counsel within the Arizona Attorney General’s Office before entering private practice.

Since the COVID crisis in 2020, parties have been allowed to appear virtually for many types of hearings in Arizona courts, particularly in matters within Elizabeth’s portfolio. Elizabeth has adapted her practice to both meet clients and appear in court virtually over Zoom or similar software. Meeting with clients and appearing in court virtually saves clients time and money by eliminating the need to pay Elizabeth for travel and related expenses that may not advance a case but are typically billed to clients by most attorneys.

Elizabeth engages and bills clients through a limited liability company that is legally distinct and separately managed from the Citadel Law Firm.
